I am a molecular and computational scientist who is passionate about genomes, interspecies molecular interactions, and RNA regulatory networks.

The majority of my work has been on plant structural and functional genomics.  In addition, I have been participated in several research projects on humans, animals, and microorganisms. I've lately become involved in public health genomics research focusing on developing genomics and bioinformatics tools for analyzing respiratory viruses and bacteria. In addition to my scientific life, I attempt to stay up with politics and how it affects our lives. I heartily support any and all social justice causes.
